Kettlebell Classes: (Mickleover)


Kettlebell Express Classes  - 9.30am and  6.00pm, Mickleover Country Park Social Club.

Wednesday evenings: 

Kettlebell Express Classes  - 7.15pm, Mickleover Country Park Social Club.

Trim and Tone 30 Class, 8pm, Mickleover Country Park Social Club. 

Each class is 30 minutes and is mixed ability. Classes are pre-booking only, so I can manage the numbers to ensure safety and so I can coach each participant appropriately. A typical month is 4 weeks at a cost of £20. I provide all the equipment although many participants enjoy it so much they wish to practice at home, so invest in their own bells.

Payment: Pay monthly only.

Facebook online kettlebells and more:

Lots of kettlebell, body conditioning, LBT, abs, resistance bands and much more. Classes available to access at your convenience throughout the month.

Kettlebells information:

Kettlebells are fantastic for all body toning and conditioning, core strength and stability, low back strength and mobilisation. Plus very effective at burning fat. To add to this they are a great cardio workout, without having to spend a long time on the treadmill etc. Perfect for people coming back from lower body injury or unable to do impact cardio. Kettlebell classes are fun, effective and easy to learn. You get all of this in just 30 minutes!

Simple and effective techniques taught, to help you relax and address whatever issues you may be experiencing. Clients are often surprised at how transformative and effective Breathwork can be.

Run in a facebook group with live weekly zoom sessions (will be available after in the group) all resources and lessons will be yours to keep.
