1-1 personal Training:
£30 per hour session or £20 for a 30 minute session. (For those tight on time. Both include a programme to work on at home in between sessions with me.)
I offer an initial free consultation to establish rapport and allow the client to see if what I offer is what they are looking for. I then do fitness and health screening, to establish a baseline to start from. We will also agree on goals and what we are striving to achieve.
I travel to clients at home, work or park etc, and will travel 20-30 minutes drive. Further can be arranged at additional cost.
I also have a gym at home which I use for training clients. For those interested in training with friends/colleagues: I offer small group training for 2-4 people. Each participant will receive a personalised training programme for use between training sessions with me.
2-1 £22 per person
3-1 £18 per person
4-1 £15 per person

I am also a certified eating psychology coach, available to help clients with weight, body image, binge eating, overeating, digestion, fatigue, immunity, mood and much more!
