Mindfulness - Being mindful is living in the present as much as possible. 

The past is gone and the future yet to come, all we have as certain is the now! By learning to stop your thoughts controlling you and finding space in those thoughts, we can become more present and more calm and resilient to life’s stresses.  Mindfulness is simple to learn but does require practice to master the skills. I teach simple, easy to learn techniques, incorporating breathing, meditation/ relaxation. The skills are available to all who are willing to put in the practice.

Maybe your child struggles with exam anxiety, or has difficulties with friends? These can be helped with the practice of mindfulness.


Online Breathwork Coaching - Breathwork helps with addressing life's challenges; reducing anxiety and depression, quieting a busy mind, increasing confidence, clarity and resilience. These simple and effective techniques will help you to relax and address whatever issues you may be experiencing. Classes are twice a week via Zoom, see Classes page for details.

EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique -  EFT is an energy healing modality, also known as tapping; it is simple, easy to learn and very effective. If you have challenges with confidence, limiting beliefs, fears, pain or anxiety, EFT can help. This technique clears energy blockages and reversals;  which improves flow, creates calm and relaxation, helps you see more clearly, and address your challenges.
